Surf Manager Full Time

Overview:

Located in Morocco, Imsouane is a magical place with one of Morocco’s longest waves. Since 2016, Olo Surf & Nature welcomes travellers and surfers to our unique location in front of the spot. Surfing, sustainability and community are our values. We are currently working on new products focusing on high-quality surfing training and looking for someone experienced in the field to learn and improve with us!

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

As a surf manager, you are an experienced surf instructor and can teach if any of your surf team requires your help

• Ensuring the improvement of the high quality of service to our guests.
• Responsible for recruiting and training your surfing team.
• Schedule and coordinate all surfing activities.
• Communication between guests and concerned departments.
• Responsible for inventory and purchase of new equipment.
• Financial analysis of your department in order to improve and change our activities.

Skills:

• Languages; Fluent in English, French &/or Arabic.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Surf Instructor / Head Coach.
• Computer skills (Excel, Word & other tools).
• Team leader that has a thirst for knowledge.
• Previous experience in Morocco is a big plus.

Hours:

This position is one of the most important in our company, so it comes without saying that you are managing your own schedule.

• 8 hours a day (some days it will be more, others less)
• 1 day off per week (if a week without a day off, you can simply accumulate days off)

Salary & details:

• Training & trial period of 1 month with our previous Surf manager.
• Fully declared Morocco contract.
• Net salary starting from 10 000 MAD.
