🌞 What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist guests from all over the world with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Provide information and prices for tours, surf lessons, rentals, and gear.
• Handle cash and card payments with basic math skills.
• Keep our shop organized, clean, and stocked.
• Help with daily gear setup — moving, rinsing, and organizing surfboards and bikes (yes, it’s a little physical — but that’s part of the fun!).
• Support your teammates and make sure our guests leave with a big smile.

🧭 What We’re Looking For

• Conversational Spanish– most client interactions are in English.
• Customer service experience or a natural passion for helping people.
• Positive energy, attention to detail, and a team spirit.
• Ready to get a little sandy and stay active during the day.

💸 What We Offer

• $11,000 MXN/month take-home salary + performance bonuses based on sales.
• Shifts: 7:30 am–3:30 pm or 12:00 pm–8:00 pm (rotating).
• 12 days paid vacation (per Mexican labor law).
• Free parking and uniforms.
