Chef & Shopping Manager in Cascais 🤙🏼 Full Time Temporary

Where: Surf Villa in Cascais, Portugal

Months: Mid March – November 2026

Position: Full-time job (8h/day – 5 days a week)

Schedule: 2x a week: 7h30 to 15h30 / 3x a week: 14h00 – 22h00

Main Tasks:

• Organize, cook & manage 3 healthy meals a week using our kitchen facilities;
• Control the good quality of our daily breakfast with 2 breakfast shifts a week;
• Prepare & cook breakfast food for the days ahead (granola, boiled eggs, etc.);
• Make all the house shopping (breakfast & dinners food, housekeeping products & others.);
• Register & update the dinners costs & profits;
• Control food stock lists according to the volunteers inventory;

Basic qualifications:

• Experience in a similar job for at least one season;
• Bachelor’s degree in F&B, Hotel Management, Tourism or Hospitality is a plus but not necessary;
• Fluency (both written and spoken) in English and preferably other languages (Portuguese, German or Spanish);
• Valid EU drivers license (manual).
