SOCIAL YOGI Volunteer

Are you ready to swap the studio walls for ocean breezes? We are searching for a vibrant Social Yogi to become the heartbeat of camp life. This is not just about teaching poses, it is about creating an environment where guests feel energized, connected, and completely at home.

As our resident yogi, you will balance professional instruction with authentic social connection. You will be the person guiding a sunrise flow in the morning as well help our guest stretch the surf pain away. You will also be sharing stories with guests over dinner and make sure their body is loose enough to dance the nights away. It is a big stretch, but if you are the right person, it won’t feel like ‘work’ at all.

What will you do?

• Plan and teach various yoga sessions throughout the week. Times may very depending on surf classes and/or other activities.
• Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and friendly environment
• Help to organise, promote, and join in on daily activities and events.
• Keep the camp tidy, organised and welcoming at all times.
• Carry out weekly follow-up tasks as instructed by the camp manager.

What are we looking for

• Certified Yoga Teacher (YTT Completed)
• Previous experience in hospitality (preferably in hostels, hotels, or surf camps)
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus:)
• Positive attitude, caring and social personality
• A passion for yoga, surf, and and gotadagua camp life.
• 25 years or older
