🌊 Work Exchange – Receptionist / Bartender (Surf Hotel, Costa Rica)
This is a work exchange position in a beautiful surf location: work a few hours per day in exchange for accommodation, beach life and an international, social environment — just 150 meters from one of Costa Rica’s best surf spots.
We are looking for an extroverted Receptionist with bartender skills to join our young, informal crew at a 13-room surf hotel.
What you’ll do
Welcome guests, check-in & check-out
Daily reception tasks
Prepare coffee and cocktails
Sell take-away food & drinks
Help create a fun, friendly vibe

🕒 6 hours per day
📆 1 day off per week
