- Proven management experience, preferably in surf camps, hospitality, or sports operations
- Strong background as a Head Surf Coach with high-level surfing and coaching knowledge
- Highly responsible and well-organized
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Guest-focused mindset with excellent guest experience awareness
- Confident in customer interaction and communication
- Excellent people skills and leadership ability
- Strong team player with the ability to manage and motivate a team
