Surf Manager Full Time

Key Requirements:

• Proven management experience, preferably in surf camps, hospitality, or sports operations
• Strong background as a Head Surf Coach with high-level surfing and coaching knowledge
• Highly responsible and well-organized
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Guest-focused mindset with excellent guest experience awareness
• Confident in customer interaction and communication
• Excellent people skills and leadership ability
• Strong team player with the ability to manage and motivate a team
