Surf instructor Full Time Temporary

We need a surf instructor for next 2025 season starting 15th June till 15th September. Also possible July and August. Accomodation negotiable. Nice waves and not crowded.
We live 1 km away from the beach and we go by bus daily to the surf lesson and the surf instructor should be able to drive ideally we need someone older than 25 also we need someone that can talk some Spanish ideally.
Surf lessons normally go two instructors with 14 people. Surf lesson lasts for 2 and 1/2 hours. We mainly give lessons for beginners but also for some intermediates and some advanced surfers.
We would appreciate especially if the instructor can give also some surf skate workshops, surf theory or have some skills with cameras or editing.
As we live in an echo Camp we grow our own vegetables fruits we have animals… we will appreciate someone sharing this philosophy about sustainability and healthy lifestyle
Our surfcamp is 5.000 square meters garden surrounded by nature and really closed to towncenter. Beaches are 15-30 minutes away depending on the beach. It is an amazing place for surfers. Out of work you can surf high quality waves and it is not crowded at all if you go early in the morning or if you to certain spots.
