In Sri Lanka & Bali, Indonesia!

Kima Surf is looking for an experienced and passionate Surf Head Coach to lead our surf coaching team in Sri Lanka and Bali, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have strong technical surf knowledge, proven coaching experience and leadership skills to maintain high coaching standards across our surf programs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the surf coaching team
• Deliver high-quality surf coaching for beginner to advanced levels
• Customer satisfactions
• Inventory management
• Crisis management situations
• Carry-on in depth video and off water surf training for customers
• Ensure safety standards and risk management at all times
• Mentor and develop junior surf coaches
• Coordinate with operations and guest experience teams
• Maintain equipment and oversee surf logistics

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional surf coaching experience
• Strong surfing ability with excellent ocean knowledge
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Valid surf coaching certification (preferred)
• First Aid & Surf Rescue certification (mandatory)
• Willingness to relocate and work in Sri Lanka and/or Bali
• Available to join immediately
