Looking for a volunteer chef in surf camp on Fuerteventura Volunteer

We are looking for one person (m/f) for cooking on our surf camp on Fuerteventura from 12th of November to 10th of December 2022.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

You don’t have to be professionally involved in cooking, we are looking for amateur chef, person who cooks for passion and for hobby, and it would be good to have previous experience with cooking for a larger number of people (around 10 people). Feel free to contact us if you think you can prepare a minimum of ten different dishes from the usual weekly menu, which we will define before beginning of the surf camp. The chef’s task is to prepare breakfast and dinner for team and guests and daily care for cleanliness and order in the kitchen (washing dishes after meals and cleaning the kitchen) as well as participating in the shopping. There is around 4 working hours per day on average, and the rest of the day you can spent your day surfing, at the beach or whatever you want.

Beside your cooking skills, you need to have good work habits, patience in working with guests, arranged relationships with friends and family, and be a communicative and positive person.
