Surfcamp Manager Full Time

Are you dreaming of life on the beach, managing your own surf camp or surf house? Spending every day in the water while building something special with your team? Do you have the hospitality instinct to make every Surfblend guest feel completely taken care of? Then we’ve got great news — we’re currently looking for Camp Captains to join us!

As a Camp Captain, you’ll run the full day-to-day operation of the camp. You’ll lead your team, make sure everyone knows what to do and when, and ensure that every guest enjoys a truly memorable holiday. Read on to see what we have to offer!

What kind of person are we looking for?

• An enthusiastic (surfing) team leader who pulls everyone into their positive vibe
• A welcoming host who wants every Surfblend guest to have an amazing trip
• A hands-on captain who tackles any problem head-on
• A flexible captain with no 9-to-5 mentality
• An endless go-getter!

What tasks can you expect?

• General management at one of our surf camps or surf houses
• Pitching in as part of the team
• Maintenance and management of camp facilities
• Delivering hospitality and a perfect holiday experience for all Surfblend guests
• Carrying a share of administrative tasks and responsibilities

What should you know and bring?

• Experience in tourism and/or hospitality
• A team player and a natural leader
• Experience planning and leading a small team
• (Solid) knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus
• Available from June 20, 2026, to September 5, 2026 (starting earlier or staying longer is always welcome!)
• IT skills (Excel, social media, communication, etc.)
• An interest in surfing
• A valid driver’s license (B)
