We are looking for a junior and senior surf coaches and receptionists for our newly opened surf school in Playa Encuentro, Cabarete, Dominican Republic. Parallel Surf is Caribbean’s prime surf training facility located on the North Coast of Dominican Republic. This full-time job gives you the opportunity to work in a high end environment dedicated to client service and operational excellence. We require a ISA Level 1 certification, access to this certification will be provided by the company. English and Spanish skills are a must, advanced surf skills as well. Coaches working at Parallel Surf need to be physically fit, engaging with the client and charismatic. We offer a very good compensation with various employee benefits, two days off per week, 2 weekends off per week. We are looking for a 12 month+ contract.
