Our vibrant hotel & kiteschool is seeking an energetic Kiteboard Instructor & Content Creator to join our close-knit family from March for a job for minimum 3 month or until the end of our windy season in the end of August.

**About Us:**

Situated in the tropical heaven of Roatán in the western Carribbean, our hotel “Camp Bay Lodge” is known for its “Mindful Stay” mantra, fostering a calm and friendly environment. While our team of experienced instructors already rocks, we’re on the lookout for international talent to add that extra zest!

**The Job – Enjoying the Wind and Capturing the Thrill:**

• 🏄‍♂️ Experienced and licensed Kitesurf & Wingfoil instructor
• 💸 Competitive commission: $25/hr beginner lessons
• 🚤 Minimum small boat skills (for occasional student follow-ups and rental assistance)
• 🎭 Language skills: English is a must and Spanish is a plus
• 🤹‍♂️ Pitch in with daily chores, maintain inventory, and keep the good vibes flowing with clients

**Lights, Camera, Action! – Content Creator Role:**

• 📸 Create engaging footage, edit reels, and craft captivating photos and posts
• 🎬 No need to be Tarantino, but a decent standard is a must
• 🤝 Extra payment potential for additional YouTube videos (let’s negotiate and get creative!)
