Location: Suances, Cantabria, Spain

Join the Biosurfcamp family this summer as a Social Host!
We’re looking for a warm, outgoing person to help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests — someone who loves connecting with people and enjoys the surf lifestyle.

In addition to your core role as a Social Host (25h/week), you’ll have the chance to offer your personal skills — like massages, or surf photography — as optional paid services to our guests. We also have a program with yoga classes included and you can teach these classes.

🧡 What You’ll Do (Core Role):
Welcome guests and help them feel at home
Participate in daily activities and surf vibes
Help with group dynamics, community meals, and creating a friendly, relaxed atmosphere
Assist with light organizational tasks and guest support when needed

Develop creative and compelling video content aligned with Biosurfcamp’s brand and values
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional videos, tutorials, and captivating visual content

Contribute to the development of a comprehensive video and community strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement

🌟 Extra Skills That Can Generate Income (Optional):
Lead yoga or mobility sessions (certification preferred)
Offer massage or wellness treatments
Create photo/video content of surf sessions and camp life
Sell personalized media packages to guests
(These services can be offered in your free time and arranged with management)

✔️ Requirements:
Age: 23+
Driver’s license
Good level of English (Spanish or German is a plus)
Friendly, sociable, and responsible personality
Experience in yoga, massage, or media is a strong asset but not required
