Surf Camp Manager — Tamraght, Morocco Full Time

We are looking for a highly organised and people-driven Camp Manager to run the full daily operation of our Morocco surf camp.

Gota Dagua Surf is an international surf travel company offering surf camp experiences. Morocco is one of our destinations a high-energy camp where great waves meet great hospitality. We are a small but ambitious team and we take pride in every detail of the guest experience.

Teams you will manage:

• Kitchen team – Meals on time, quality control, dietary needs, supplier coordination
• Surf instructors – Schedules, session coordination, safety standards
• Cleaning staff – Room readiness, common areas, laundry, quality checks before each arrival
• Social hosts – Guest engagement, evening activities, atmosphere and community vibe

Key responsibilities:

• Camp operations – accommodation, food, activities, and transportation
• Manage all invoices, expenses, and financial reporting to HQ
• Control inventory and coordinate with local suppliers
• Ensure all rooms are clean, ready, and inspected before every guest arrival
• Organise airport transfers, beach transportation, and day trip logistics
• Build and manage daily activity schedules (surf lessons, excursions, events)
• Be the first point of contact for guests, solve problems fast and with a smile
• Hire, onboard, and supervise local staff across all departments
• Report weekly on costs, feedback, and any operational issues
• Support social media content creation when relevant

What we’re looking for:

• Background in tourism, hospitality, or camp/hotel operations management
• Experience managing teams (F&B, housekeeping, activities)
• Comfortable handling invoices, budgets, and accounts
• Fluent in English and French is mandatory (Arabic is a bonus)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities
• A calm, problem-solving mindset under pressure
• Surfing experience is not required, passion for travel and hospitality is
• Ready and willing to relocate to Morocco full-time
