Photographer needed in hostel in Madiha Volunteer

We have a hostel, rooftop bar and a restaurant (opening next fall) on the South Coast of Sri Lanka. We will offer delicious and fresh Mexican food with quality service and fresh drinks with a great view. Our restaurant will have a variety of vegan options. Being a responsible business owner and being sustainable are important values to us. It will be a place for people to get together. We are an Aussie and a Finn working together along with our local and international friends.

Our location is on the Beach road close to a few surfing spots and close to a great snorkelling area. The area is pretty quiet and peaceful but a short scooter or a tuktuk ride away from Matara, Mirissa or Weligama.

HELP DESCRIPTION:

We would love to have volunteers helping us with art work like painting murals and smaller art pieces. We have a wall surrounding our place and we want to have one spot on the wall with art work. Also painting smaller guide signs etc.

We need professional and creative photographers for taking pictures for our Instagram. Photoshop/Lightroom etc. skills and travelling with your own computer is definitely a plus. We’d like to have pictures of the surrounding areas (like beach, sunset, palm trees, locals etc.), our rooftop, drinks, people wearing the shirts we sell in our small shop, and other beautiful locations in Sri Lanka.

We’re doing a couple introduction type of video projects that we need help with as well. One video will be the directions to our place which we hope to have on our Instagram story highlights. So we need someone with videography and video editing skills too.

We’re open to other suggestions you might have so let us know your skills and we can try to work something out.
