Located in the beautiful coastal town of Esposende, Portugal, we offer our guests the unique experience of a luxury surf camp, combining relaxed elegance with water sports and, of course, incredible cuisine. And this is where we need YOU!
With space for 16 guests, we pride ourselves on offering a warm, intimate, and sustainable atmosphere. Imagine spending your days crafting dishes inspired by fresh, local ingredients, all while being surrounded by stunning coastal scenery.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the way in our kitchen! Oversee all food prep and cooking with skill and creativity.
Share your passion by training and mentoring other team members.
Take charge of inventory and supplies so we’re always ready for a busy service.
Ensure that our kitchen meets the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.
Collaborate with management to make sure every shift runs like clockwork.

What You Bring to the Table:
Strong culinary skills with experience in menu planning, food presentation, and production.
At least 2 years of culinary experience, plus 3 years of hands-on cooking.
A track record of leadership in the kitchen – you know how to inspire and organize a team!
A culinary education or equivalent kitchen experience.
Enthusiasm for sustainable, high-quality ingredients and local flavors.
