Surf Couple to run Surf Camp in Peru North Shore (Instructor – Cook – Manager) Full Time

Surf Racer Board House is located in Punta Farallon, El Ñuro beach, one of the best surf areas in North Shore Peru!

We are looking for a couple interested in running a small, personalized but cool and busy Surf, Kite & Skate Camp in North Shore Peru. We are located on a hidden gem, surrounded by multiple uncrowded waves, sunny and warm weather, and lay back but professional vibe.

Starting date: Mid-December 2021. It´s also possible from the beginning of January 2022, but you cannot make it before.

The selected couple should be able to run the place and cover multiple tasks, such as giving professional surfing lessons and Surf guiding for experienced surfers, cooking daily meals (breakfast, lunch and dinners), and managing the Surf House daily tasks (check-ins and outs, managing the cleaning and volunteers).

Also, we offer Yoga lessons to our guests, 3 times per week, so if you can teach Yoga, you will have an extra income (but it´s not mandatory).

We are looking for long-term commitments (4 to 6 months / 12 months possible). There are many possibilities and we are open to meeting and teaming with like-minded people.

Surf Instructor with experience teaching beginners to Intermediate surfers (with Surfing certification preferably).

Cook / Chef with experience working in kitchens, restaurants, Cafes or bars. You don’t need to be a Chef, but with good management of the kitchen and willing to learn about Peruvian cuisine and love for cooking.

Surf Camp Management: welcoming, friendly, and able to hang out with our guests and make sure everybody is happy and taken care of.

Optional: Yoga Instructor with basic experience but certification.

Patient, professional, hard-working, team player, mature people who would like to live in a quiet and relaxed place, surrounded by nature and with the sound of the waves.

We provide:
