Very busy seaside cafe needs chef – Strandhill, Co Sligo Full Time
A very busy seaside cafe run by surfers, busy in winter and very busy in summer. We make everything from scratch, use local and organic produce as much as we can, we are forward thinking employers who like dynamic creative people. We are located right on the beach in Strandhill, Sligo, Ireland. Sligo offers world class surf breaks.
Surf before or after work, great work life balance, good rates of pay.
The candidate would have to re- locate and “set themselves up”. There are grants for eu chefs from the government to help set yourselves up due to shortage of chefs in Ireland. The candidate must have experience working in busy restaurant kitchen environment and a good grasp of the english language. Minimum 2 years of experience.
