DJ Teamer during Summer Season Volunteer

Our hostel is one of the biggest in the Algarve, and we have the most amazing staff, so we would love to add you to our young and fun team. We encourage you to enjoy your time here with us, but also take your time to relax, or explore the beautiful surroundings.

We are looking for openminded, self-driven, structured and flexible persons, that likes to be a part of a team.

DURATION: 

We are looking for Teamers:

• Summer Season:  June to October 2026, with a minimum 4 week stay

POSITION:

We are looking for  a collaborator as DJ to help us create chill and happy vibes around our hostel – especially for our pool parties! Previous experience is appreciated but not necessary, above all we are looking for music lovers and people who know how to set a vibe through the right music

You will work evenings during 6 days per week. In your free time you will get to enjoy the beautiful nature around Sagres, spending time at the beach, chilling by the pool – and the most obvious: go surfing! So, if you are looking for a fun way to spend some time in Algarve & want to show off your skills as a DJ to create a happy atmosphere with good music, don’t hesitate to contact us!

OUR OFFER:

The hostel has top new facilities including a swimming pool, out-door gym facilities, common spaces, co-work space, bar & restaurant, and separate accommodation only for teamers. Beaches are only 15 minutes walk away.

Teamer work 6 nights a week in return we offer:

Free accommodation
Free use of 3x soft top surfboards
Free loan of wetsuit (just pay 50€ in deposit)
Free yoga classes, when classes not full
50€ per month to cover small expenses – Only paid after 4 weeks work is completed.  In case you leave before min. 4 week agreement ends, you will not quality for payment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in English
Between 18 and 30 years old
Minimum stay of 4 weeks
No couples accepted

RULES:

We expect all our staff/teamers to be flexible, and openminded for the tasks given. Also clean up after yourself, be responsible, contribute with a positive mindset, and respect the other teamers. As long as you are hard working always doing your best, we will be happy to welcome you in our team.

You will be introduced for general rules/procedures after arrival, before you start working.  The management can at any time cancel the agreement, if teamer do not meet the expectations/house rules without any notice.
